Gender transition and hormone blocking treatment needs to be assessed under best practice and physician guidance and is the decision of the parent and child together with consideration for the world rights of the child. Prohibit and prosecute cases where negligence, lack of options and best practice are used to alter another's gender without consent of the individual whose gender is being altered.
