In April 2021 the legislature of the U.S. State of Arkansas introduced a bill that prohibited doctors from providing gender-transition treatments to people under 18 years old. The bill would make it a felony for doctors to administer puberty blockers, hormones and gender-reaffirming surgery to anyone under the age of 18. Opponents of the bill argue that it is an assault on transgender rights and that transition treatments are a private matter that should be decided between parents, their children and doctors. Supporters of the bill argue that children are too young to make the decision to receive gender transition treatment and only adults over the age of 18 should be allowed to do so.

Plus a parent is giving their child and the doctor to the procedures and start hormones… Read more

yes with parental permission under age of 16 and the government should cover it under universal healthcare
@95ZZS6BIndependent 1yr1Y
Yes, if it's not paid for by the government because it is a "recreational" procedure and if the parents also agree that it is okay to do.

I personally don't support this topic, however, the child will need parental permission if this is the route they want to go through

No, gender transitions are immoral.
@99JXHH32yrs2Y
No, but I do support care that makes bodies produce the correct hormones instead of allowing bodies to continue producing the wrong hormones
@97PN7553yrs3Y
Asking for gender-transition treatment should be punishable by death
@8S49TYD4yrs4Y
Yes, only with parental consent. They must also be at least 16. Furthermore hormone treatments should be allowed but genital mutilation should be illegal
