I think that if it is something that they truly want they should be able to do it with a warning from doctors explaining what the effects and or choices may have on a person. I also think that a child should start small and then work their way up, because in most states "top" surgery can not be legally performed until age 17-18 same with "bottom" surgery due to the price and the intensity of it most surgeons will not due it until a child is of age. so technically there is not a problem. yes with parental permission under age of 16 and the government should cover it under universal healthcare

Yes, if it's not paid for by the government because it is a "recreational" procedure and if the parents also agree that it is okay to do.

No, but I do support care that makes bodies produce the correct hormones instead of allowing bodies to continue producing the wrong hormones

Yes, only with parental consent. They must also be at least 16. Furthermore hormone treatments should be allowed but genital mutilation should be illegal
