No but if you know an employee is without a doubt and have proof he/she is racist to any one regardless of color they should be fired

  @JonBSimConstitutionfrom Kentucky  disagreed…3yrs3Y

No, just ensure there are clear guidelines, action, and accountability for acts of discrimination

If the best plumber in the world is racist, you shouldn't fire him because it has nothing to do with his profession.

 @9KVVS2F from Pennsylvania  disagreed…2yrs2Y

he may be good at his career, but the biaism he has would subconsciously effect the work efficiency, and causing discrimination witch affects peoples light negativity. it is a negative representation of a buisness and allowing it as a buisness is a whole seperate set of yuckyness.

  @HelcovichEmireRepublican from Maryland  disagreed…3mos3MO

Just bc they're racist doesn't mean they should be fired, if they can still do their job well. If it's something like law enforcement, then their racism might get in their way of justice.

No, I feel that such a thing would bring more attention to race then is needed. If racist actions are seen while working the employer can act according.

 @9JNM34RLibertarianfrom Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

No, mandating such training can be counterproductive and potentially infringe upon the principles of free speech and individual thought.

 @9HK59WKLibertarian from Maryland  answered…2yrs2Y

Only if the person or company has done racist things in the past, it must include intersectionality. And the same thing should be done for LGBTQ sexism ableism or plan employee violence with no bias

 @9FWQS3KLibertarian from Virginia  answered…2yrs2Y

NO, most such training I've see only teaches whites to be sensitve to other, but not blacks to be sensistive to white folk

The federal government should fire over ninety percent of its employees.

 @8ZCM6NSLibertarian from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

No, because this generally will increase awareness of people's skin colours and encourage division amoungst coworkers.

Yes, as long as it doesn’t force someone to change their views; only to educate.

 @7CDW4BTLibertarian from Oklahoma  answered…4yrs4Y

No, there are already laws that govern the workplace, domicile and education equal opportunity. New required training does not address all racial sensitivities, thus exalting some to an inequity of right.

 @8W5PTR2Libertarian from Wisconsin  answered…4yrs4Y

No, people should treat each other fairly and justly no matter the demographic, and this should never be mandated by any government authority.

 @8VFPHLVLibertarian from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

For government employees, yes, it is their obligation not to oppress. For anyone else, no. They can incentive it by paying them directly to do it, but they cannot force speech.

 @8VB72MF from Oklahoma  answered…4yrs4Y

No, the government should not decide how a business trains the employees.

 @8TTTBXZLibertarian from Indiana  answered…4yrs4Y

No, the Federal government should not dictate how a private business must operate...

 @8TLDMVPLibertarian from Ohio  answered…4yrs4Y

No, racial sensitivity training assumes that all incoming white employees are racist, and all minorities are underprivileged, and this is not a good way to defeat racism as it induces self-loathing

 @8TDC6FY from Nebraska  answered…4yrs4Y

No, I think this is a civic duty and they should learn these during civic education in elementary and high schools Basically, we want the schools also to provide to our nation better, culturalizad, educated, no judgmental individuals.

 @8T7H5GN from Pennsylvania  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, only for government employees. Let private companies determine which training they require.

 @8SS3KJYLibertarian from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

No, the government should not meddle in business. They’re garbage and too powerful already.

 @8R4RLTM from Virginia  answered…5yrs5Y

I don’t care if you are talking about government employees, but they shouldn’t be required if it is a private business

 @8PC94BFLibertarian from Michigan  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, both government and private companies, cover all protected groups and guidelines for accountability

 @8NXWF89Libertarian from Texas  answered…5yrs5Y

the government should not require it. it should be up to the business themselves, but if they do sensitivity training they need to include all race, religion, sex, disability, etc. and have clear consequences for those found breaking the rules set in place

 @8MRZPV7Libertarian from New Hampshire  answered…5yrs5Y

The federal government should not exist, and therefore have no employees.

 @8MNLH4M from California  answered…5yrs5Y

the government itself should not be allowed to be discriminatory but private companies can do as they please

 @8L8CZV8Libertarian from Missouri  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, as long as it covers all protected groups (age, sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion) and is not based on critical race theory. This requirement should be restricted to its own employees but the curriculum made available to private companies who choose to integrate it.

 @YWB69KLibertarian from New York  answered…5yrs5Y

I think such requirements in terms of requiring Racial Sensitivity Tanning should only be required and only apply to local , state , and county Police Departments and wether they are required should for those departments be up to the Jerastrictions that govern those departments , and those same Jerastrictions should require that those same departments for law enforcement be required to learn how to deal with children and adults' with Mental Illness and Developmental Disabilities , Like Autism , Down Syndrome etc and again those retirements should be mandated by the Jerastrictions that…  Read more
