No, the first amendment protects citizens from being persecuted by the government for their speech, and not from being persecuted by non-government entities.

Free speech should not include hate speech that threatens, incites fear or violence. Any misinformation should never be allowed to be labeled as "news" or "media" and "advertisements" should have to be factual.

No, it should be punished with an actual prison sentence, not just a fine. It is better to keep silent than hate-speak.

Yes, because I don’t trust the government to define the boundaries of hate speech. However, all hate is bad, and we should love our enemies.

Yes, but freedom of speech is what is protected, not freedom of consequences or responsibility. A company should be able to fire an employee over hate speech in person or online, if it does not align with company values.

Absolutely not, as most hate crimes in the US are fueled by hate speech. For example the El Paso shooter posted hate speech online before committing a massive hate crime.
