All current loans should stop interest and going forward education loans should be private with mandatory low interest. I’d like to see it required that students plan their degree with future wage prospects

no, but cap prices of academic i stitutions, ensure the money goes to learning more than research, and get rid of student loan system. all debts should have a lufespan of 7years tops

Zero percent interest loans. Public and Private scholarships and grants. Colleges should lower tuition, (but not mandated by government). "Loans can be guaranteed / backed" by government, but funded by private institutions.

Community Colleges should be free for up to 2 years and with a 2.5 - 3.0 gpa to stay on the tuition free.

Yes and no. If the person needs a boost but can pay for it without having problems then no, the citizen should pay for it to learn responsibility. Yes if they want or need to go to school and can't pay.
