only if they have killed a person directly, if they only sold drugs then they shouldn't be charged with death penalty.

It depends if they do harmful things to people while being drugged or doing things they shouldn't then maybe they should but it mostly depends

The death penalty is over board for drug traffickers. i think they should do sentences then be on parole.

yes as long as there is proof someone died from the drugs they trafficked and they are given a fair trial

Yes if the criminal activity is significant beyond a reasonable doubt. Otherwise life in prison without parole
