How does this help? Yes we reduce some drug related deaths but only to help increase and subsidize the proliferation.

Maybe and to an extent. They should be held to certain limits. I would prefer not, but it would be safer than on the streets.

This decision should be up to the state. Personally, I believe this sounds like a terrible idea, but I have never had the exposure to this innovation to know whether it's effective or not.

Yes, as long as information about rehabilitation is provided to the users.

 @8SYRZLYConstitution from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

No, any funding like that should be used to assist addicts in their recovery rather than encouraging continuation of their addiction.

Legalization of drugs would solve the issue because humans are naturally inclined to want something if it is scarce or illegal if it was extremely common it would be less interesting so people wouldn't experience the initial interest. Also end DARE it doesn't work it makes it worse

Of course not. If it’s to be government funded it should be a treatment facility instead of a party house!

Drug addiction should be treated as a health issue not a criminal issue.

no these junkies should be in jail or deported with the homeless get these junkies out of view of our children

 @99QZN8YConstitution from Pennsylvania  answered…2yrs2Y

No, but government needs to improve their government funded rehabilitation programs.

 @4V4VGHMConstitutionanswered…2yrs2Y

"No, this would encourage drug use and lower funding for rehabilitation centers", and drug addicts should be forced to go to rehabilitation facilities.

 @4M78YV6Constitutionanswered…3yrs3Y

No, but we should treat drug abuse more as a health issue than a criminal issue. Addiction is a not as simple as black and white. I believe there should be incentivization of private corporations to aid with drug use. Not a safe haven where folks can use at will but a treatment clinic where people can safely be rehabilitated.

Yes, but the addicts should be the ones maintaining/paying for the safe haven.

 @heatherdvdprincessConstitutionanswered…3yrs3Y

No, but they should not be put in a normal prison if they are willing to be rehabilitated.
