I don't have knowledge on this specific jet but defense spending should be decreased greatly overall.

Yes and sell off current assets to Allie’s. We have fighter jets and other military assets that do similar jobs or better jobs. Such as the f22 b2 a10 etc. we should develop a replacement and hold the design company to actual budgetary standards and not give them a blank check.
