when a veteran lives too far from va provided care, access to local care should be made available or if the wait times are too long at the local clinic or provider and the VA system should be improved

More, but staffing should be better regulated to ensure vets are having the highest quality treatment. Limit the negative impacts of patient care as a result of unions and walls to removing employees.
