It’s better to be encouraged rather than forced as even the women hired can just be to save face, and not because they’re doing important work at the company. This requires the systems in place to be questioned and can’t be fixed with a mandate.

Yes, but education and support should be offered so that women are being given power for their skills and not their gender.

There should be financial incentives for companies that show gender and racial equity on Boards..

Businesses should include everyone of all genders, but individuals must be qualified and not chosen on the basis of gender.

No, the board of directors should be made up of elected workers of the company.

 @8Z5387C from Nevada  answered…3yrs3Y

No, but they should be incentivized to have minority and gender equality practices.

 @8Y8QS4G from Nevada  answered…3yrs3Y

not necessarily- diversity should occur naturally, rather than be manufactured

 @8WY9T7L from Nevada  answered…4yrs4Y

Businesses should hire based on factors other than sex, sex is irrelevant

No, board members should be the most qualities regardless of gender, but there should be a quota a company has to reach with how many woman they employ.

 @8Q9695H from Nevada  answered…4yrs4Y

The government should support diversity in the workplace with those who are also qualified regardless of gender

Equal opportunity. If they are qualified then yes but not just hire because they need to fill a quota

 @8NNKZ32 from Nevada  answered…5yrs5Y

This is saying that women arent good enough to make it based on merit alone and thats pretty sexist bro

 @8HKQGHW from Nevada  answered…5yrs5Y

No, but there should be more incentives to have a diverse board of directors. There is always talent in every group of people.

This shouldn't even be an issue. Some's gender shouldn't have anything to do with how smart they are or how good their work ethic is. If someone has the experience and the knowledge they should have equal opportunity.

 @98R54K7Democrat from Nevada  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes as long as they're qualified and are given the same circumstances and abilities as the men. they must be given the same opportuninities.

 @982R8M4Green from Nevada  answered…2yrs2Y

No, this wouldn't address baseline issues related to sexism and capitalism.

 @977TXPB from Nevada  answered…3yrs3Y

Weird phrasing of "requiring". Just hire a person or don't, not based on what is between their legs or appearance.

 @8VYJGQS from Nevada  answered…4yrs4Y

It’s not required but if you aren’t having someone on board just because gender then that’s not good

 @B32JXQ5 from Nevada  answered…3mos3MO

Yes, but not as a Legal requirement. The government should put in motions so that it is harder to prevent Women from being on the Boards.
