No, but it can be placed in certain historical areas and the symbolism and historical context of the flag should be acknowledged

No, it belongs in a museum as it’s a symbol of traitors of the Union, there’s still much to learn from it though so keep it in a museum along with the statues around the south that were made in many instances decades after the civil war. History books and museums, that’s where those belong.

As it is government property I would say no unless it was allowed, that is up to the government. But if you want to display it on your own property you can. It would be considered freedom of speech and that is more than fine with me.

There should be no government interference, people should have the freedom to do what they want, I think this is protected under the freedom of speech right.
