“On most things his actions and presence have been unimportant. He has made a number of important decisions on issues which I disagree with strongly. He has also made a number of important decisions on which I think he did a fine job. I think he's no worse than an average president, better than some, and while I would prefer other people in office, I don't think he's been a terrible president.”
