They could maybe have it for medically but otherwise its up to the state. I do not have an opinion on it.

I believe that marijuana should be legal for anyone over the age of 21. however I think there should still be consequences for using this drug in public.

 @9VZR6FX from Nebraska  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, provided marijuana is treated just like all other prescription drugs. Doctor/NP/PA prescription and pharmacist dispensed.

 @9TD4M5C from Nebraska  answered…10mos10MO

For medicinal purposes only AND if treated the same as any other controlled substance regarding studies, test, prescriptions, distribution, etc.

 @7CW8MXN  from Nebraska  answered…10mos10MO

Yes, so long as marijuana isn't advertised in a way that appeals to children children (on TV commercials, within packaging that may appeal to children, etc.)

Yes, but we should also legalize, tax, and regulate every drug instead of criminalizing them

 @8ZH4BM8Independent from Nebraska  answered…3yrs3Y

No, but we should ok the use of the chemical component for medical use.

 @8PH32BL from Nebraska  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes but give it the same laws that achohol has and send anyone convicted of crimes caused by the influence of marijuana to rehabilitation instead of jail and decide the legality of marijuana at state level

 @8PFP5SQ from Nebraska  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8NHSDFW from Nebraska  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, and immediately release anyone serving time solely for drug offenses, and legalize, tax, and regulate it instead of criminalizing it

 @8FCKV5D from Nebraska  answered…5yrs5Y

i think u should allow but if they get the drug they have to be watched 24/7

if it gets legalized it needs to be tightly regulated. though, legalizing it makes it a million times easier for people to abuse this substance. this could be treated similarly to alcohol. But if you give the American people an inch, they will take a mile. IF marijuana is legalized, then it is going to be QUITE difficult to eradicate, should it come to that. it would be a repeat of Prohibition...

 @9BQVQ7PIndependent from Nebraska  answered…2yrs2Y

Not really, if anything I think more drugs should be researched and seen if they provide medical benefits or not and what harm they can cause

 @92LNY2H from Nebraska  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8YCVXM4 from Nebraska  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8NS92FV from Nebraska  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but never in public. It should be regulated the way alcohol is regulated, with similar laws limiting use during certain activities such as driving. Also, increase government funding for rehabilitation centers

 @7MKJ4WC from Nebraska  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, with proper regulation at the state level. Medical use should be prioritized.
