The recreational use of cannabis has been legalized in 19 U.S. states and Washington D.C. Another 12 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands have decriminalized its use. Commercial distribution of cannabis has been legalized in all jurisdictions where possession has been legalized, except for D.C. Personal cultivation for recreational use is allowed in all of these jurisdictions except for Washington State and New Jersey. Proponents argue that marijuana sales bring in tax revenue for states and cut down on non-violent drug incarcerations. Opponents argue that marijuana is a powerful recreational drug that can lead to addiction and psychosis.

Yes, but only through the government and other trusted sources, to make sure it's not a gateway drug, or laced with other addictive and illicit drugs.
@B59YPV3Constitution2mos2MO
Yes, but only in private spaces. Ban public smoking or vaping of any kind and increase the penalty for doing so. Not dissimilar to public intoxication,

I believe medical use of Marijuana should be legalized, but i believe that use of Marijuana as a normal drug should stay illegal and users caught with it should be punished accordingly.
@8Z82HN53yrs3Y
Yes, but only after it has been decriminalized at the federal level and it should be treated/regulated like any other prescription drug.
@8XZCH944yrs4Y
I do not care but smoking of any kind in public should be outlawed
@8XZ88YG4yrs4Y
No, and alcohol should be banned too
@8PQLFXT5yrs5Y
Yes, but on a state not federal level.
@8HCSB94Constitution5yrs5Y
All drugs should be legalized / if you use without Dr issue than employers do not have to hire you insurance does not have to cover you
@8H2G4G85yrs5Y
No, Marijuana legalization has no place in society. Even medical uses are covering up a problem instead of trying to solve it.
@8DBVN7V5yrs5Y
No but if it does get passed release criminals convicted of drug related crimes
