Yes, but only through the government and other trusted sources, to make sure it's not a gateway drug, or laced with other addictive and illicit drugs.

Yes, but only in private spaces. Ban public smoking or vaping of any kind and increase the penalty for doing so. Not dissimilar to public intoxication,

I believe medical use of Marijuana should be legalized, but i believe that use of Marijuana as a normal drug should stay illegal and users caught with it should be punished accordingly.

Yes, but only after it has been decriminalized at the federal level and it should be treated/regulated like any other prescription drug.

All drugs should be legalized / if you use without Dr issue than employers do not have to hire you insurance does not have to cover you

No, Marijuana legalization has no place in society. Even medical uses are covering up a problem instead of trying to solve it.
