Decriminalize, but not legalize. All people convicted of offenses for personal use should be freed from jail.

Yes, but with heavy limitations on public use. Many people have allergies and respiratory issues and should not be subject to other people’s recreational drug use without consent. That being said, any penalties for public use should be fines with no possibility of incarceration.

Until you can do a sobriety test for marijuana no it should not be legal. If you need it for medical reasons you must carry and produce your card and have proper prescription

Yes, but tax and regulate it. There should be age restrictions as well as restrictions on where you can smoke. Marijuana use should be discouraged.
