Do you support the legalization of Marijuana?

The recreational use of cannabis has been legalized in 19 U.S. states and Washington D.C. Another 12 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands have decriminalized its use. Commercial distribution of cannabis has been legalized in all jurisdictions where possession has been legalized, except for D.C. Personal cultivation for recreational use is allowed in all of these jurisdictions except for Washington State and New Jersey. Proponents argue that marijuana sales bring in tax revenue for states and cut down on non-violent drug incarcerations. Opponents argue that marijuana is a powerful recreational drug that can lead to addiction and psychosis.

They could maybe have it for medically but otherwise its up to the state. I do not have an opinion on it.

Yes, nonviolent criminals charged with marijuana charges should be released and the marijuana should be monitored to keep it safe from “lacing”

Yes, so long as marijuana isn't advertised in a way that appeals to children children (on TV commercials, within packaging that may appeal to children, etc.)

Yes, so long as marijuana isn't potentially advertised to children (on TV commercials, within packaging that may appeal to children, etc.)

Yes but give it the same laws that achohol has and send anyone convicted of crimes caused by the influence of marijuana to rehabilitation instead of jail and decide the legality of marijuana at state level

Yes, but never in public. It should be regulated the way alcohol is regulated, with similar laws limiting use during certain activities such as driving. Also, increase government funding for rehabilitation centers
