The usage, production, possession, and transportation of cannabis should be legal for both medical and recreational purposes, subject to federal regulations. Persons that are serving sentences of cannabis possession should be released immediately for prison, as a result of decriminalization and legalization of cannabis. It is a priority to have cannabis legalization for medical purposes, as there is great potential of its health advantages in medicine.
