Killing of any baby is murder. If someone gets pregnant and doesn’t want the baby they can give it up for adoption.

 @9GNRVFH from New Jersey  agreed…2yrs2Y

An unborn fetus is a living human being. Therefore it should be illegal to kill it just as it is illegal to kill a person outside of the womb.

  @VulcanMan6  from Kansas  disagreed…2yrs2Y

Why is it relevant that it is a "living human being"? Even a fully-grown adult person doesn't have the right to use another person's body without their consent, so why would a fetus?

 @9FQXMP7 from Oregon  agreed…2yrs2Y

Babies are babies and only when planned parenthood wanted to get rid of blacks did they start talking about them as fetuses and tissue

 @9GZRHZ5Republican from Alaska  agreed…2yrs2Y

We have the resources around to put the child up for adoption. There are families everywhere searching for children to adopt. If they made the unfortunate decision to have sex in the first place without thinking of the consequences then there are still ways that they do not have to care for the child.

  @VulcanMan6  from Kansas  commented…2yrs2Y

That's fine if you want to continue the pregnancy to term, but obviously if you don't want to be pregnant anymore then you would just get an abortion. There are already +100,000 kids waiting to be adopted right now as is, so there's no problem there...

 @9GMXWW6 from New Jersey  agreed…2yrs2Y

A developing human fetus is still a living human being that should be protected. Banning abortion will also increase the country’s population.

 @B43DSHD from Georgia  agreed…4mos4MO

Just because somebody made a mistake does not mean that somebody gets the right to take away somebody's future rights.

 @B35J9C5Libertarian from South Carolina  agreed…5mos5MO

Any ethical person would know that killing an innocent human being who had no chance to EVER do anything wrong, is WRONG

 @B29YFPN from Utah  agreed…6mos6MO

We have a labor crisis in America. The millions of children that have been aborted since the horrific implementation of Roe v. Wade would be in the workforce and living lives that contributed to society. Instead, we need to augment our labor force by importing workers from south of the border.

 @9ZRS973 from Kansas  agreed…8mos8MO

There’s no argument that if that little human (fetus) is left alone in the womb, it will turn into a human, just like the one that births it. I don’t see how you can take that away and not flinch.

 @9ZM9CMTLibertarian from Alabama  agreed…8mos8MO

When you think about it it's murder, studies show that women who gets aborsion have higher rates of mental heath issues and we were all a fetus at some point

 @9ZBM9S3 from Maryland  agreed…8mos8MO

I stand for pro-life from a biblical stand point and that every conceived child should have a chance at life.

 @9JTJFTTRepublican from North Carolina  agreed…1yr1Y

The idea that human life begins at conception and isn't something you can just choose based off of how you feel.

 @9YK8H6V from Florida  agreed…8mos8MO

The scientific consensus is that human life begins when a sperm and egg cell unite to form a zygote, a single cell that contains the components of both cells.

 @9YJVKX5Republican from Washington  agreed…8mos8MO

if you are Cristian than you should support pro life because abortion= murder. if you get pregnant and you can't take care of your baby then just put it up for adoption and don't kill it.

  @JKHelton1776Republican  from Oregon  agreed…4mos4MO

Human life starts at conception (when the egg is fertilized because that is when the baby begins to grow into a human. Furthermore, the murder of a pregnant woman is legally considered a double homicide because the baby in the woman's womb is a human life just as much as the mother is. Therefore, the termination of a conceived human life is murder.

 @B22X5N2  from South Carolina  agreed…7mos7MO

10-45 minutes after conception, fertilization occurs, marking the beginning of new life. There is not one ethical argument that could support terminating the life of an innocent baby.

 @mathomas156Libertarian  from Virginia  agreed…8mos8MO

All of us human beings are created in the image of Yahweh and have the freedom to become the kind of human beings we are all created to be.

 @B44QCLG  from Illinois  agreed…4mos4MO

Simply put: Murder is a crime. If there is a legitimate reason as to why someone cannot support a child, there are plenty of more moral ways to resolve those issues without killing the child.

 @B32R25GRepublican  from Michigan  agreed…5mos5MO

The baby in the womb is a human life and it deserves to be protected I understand if you do not want to be a mother but put it up for adoption there are so many other families that want to have a kid rather than waste a Life by killing it

 @ledopmiConstitution  from Texas  agreed…1yr1Y

Abortion polls are to general. Are you prochoice or pro-life? Most people are pro-choice only in the first few weeks of pregnancy, but they are lumped in with those who are pro-choice much later. The pro-life people are left alone, or they will make exceptions for extreme circumstances, which means they are pro-choice under those circumstances. The question I propose is extreme, but it is realistic as there are many people on both sides. It forces people to honestly choose a side because when we push past all of the rhetoric these two options are the only rational, logical options. Are you brave enough to take a stand?
