Yes. When apprehended they should be provided information and directed to resources that can aid them in proper documentation & requests for temporary residence for work or path to permanent citizenship whichever is applicable to their situation unless they have been convicted of a felony in which case they should receive the appropriate sentence followed by deportation.

Yes, but only legal status (residency). They broke the law entering the country, so as a consequence they should never be granted citizenship.

dont deport families , they come here for a reason maybe just deport the criminals .
