Their children born in the US should, but their children not born in the US shouldn't. Nor should this give the parents citizenship.

Yes, most often the parents can here so there children can have a better life and make it easier for those parents to become legal immigrants (so they don't get deported away from there children).

no the vast majority of Americans support putting undocumented immigrants on a pathway to citizenship

If the children were born in the United States then they should because that is how the law is already.

yes, I live by "if you are willing to die for this country then you should be able to live in this country." I say yes if they perform service or they were born here.

If they've lived here for most of their life then why not? For example, if they were a baby or toddler when they came here and now they are 12. They deserve to be granted a legal citizen.

It would depend on their state of health and they are being treated by their caretakers/parents.

if the child is born on American soil even though the parent is undocumented, the child is a natural born citizen

 @8QQRB3K from North Carolina  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, however is they are 16 years old or younger they should not have to apply anyone older than 16 should have to apply.

 @8NV3R8B from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

“Yes, if they were born here” and there should be a child specific application for citizenship if they weren’t born here. A child under 18 should be able to apply since it wasn’t their choice to come here.

Yes, as long as the illegal immigrants in question are good, honest people with no criminal record who plan on becoming citizens.

 @96WKKNS from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

yes once their parents have citizenship, they turn 18. Immigrants with kids should be fast tracked if born here.

 @8DSLG9M from North Carolina  answered…5yrs5Y

No, the part of the ‘constitution’ that allows this, is the adulterated version of the fourteenth amendment, which was changed as a result of Woodrow Wilson’s living constitution order.
