No. It is not effective or efficient, and it drives up private health insurance costs many people cannot afford.

 @9Y22DS7No Labels from Maryland  answered…8mos8MO

yes but it would be better if all companies should offer healthcare regardless of work status (part time, adjunct, etc being excluded from benefits). however, it would be better if we had an even better option for quality healthcare to everyone.

We should remove health insurance entirely from the equation. It has increased all the prices of medical treatment across the board. People should pay direct for regular services, and the government can subsidize catastrophic care.

Again, I don’t have enough knowledge to make an informed comment. I have full coverage with no deductible.

 @9WWVPBKNo Labels from Indiana  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but needs to be more affordable. Also, several needed medications are not covered and are restricted too much on providers.

 @9WQWPH2No Labels from Georgia  answered…9mos9MO

No, those high premium high deductible insurance options for most people aren't doing most people any favors. We need it to be revised to be more in line with what the people actually need. Pay for it from your own pay. Term limits and caps on how long we pay salaries and we could provide better healthcare ton constituents. We spend way to much for politicians to get paid high salaries and good insurance and get rich of the backs of its citizens.

The healthcare system is fundamentally flawed, and Obama care is almost irrelevant, as the existence of it is just as bad as the absence.

 @9WHQPMM from Georgia  answered…9mos9MO

no, I caused some people to lose access to healthcare due to the high standard and qualification requirements

 @9W4F78GNo Labels from California  answered…9mos9MO

although social services were beneficial to some in a lot of ways it made it harder on healthcare employees.

 @9VSXNZ8No Labels from Texas  answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but allow patients with preexisting conditions to be qualified and let consumers choose providers and no fine tax for not being insured.

 @9V969YHNo Labels from Connecticut  answered…9mos9MO

no I feel like we should be thinking about middle class people and not just super poor people everyone needs health care to take care of themselves

 @9V6N9L2No Labels from Pennsylvania  answered…10mos10MO

The affordable care act had very little to do with healthcare...I believe the ability to obtain care should be available and reasonable for all legal residents of our nation.

 @9TMXGGJNo Labels from Texas  answered…10mos10MO

If we're paying for healthcare for 90% of healthcare cases (65+ and low income (usually blue collar) people), then why are we abusing the people that use the system the least?

  @9TDZC25No Labels from West Virginia  answered…10mos10MO

I like the idea of everyone having health care, but dont fine them when they cant. I would rather see a system where its all free.

 @9SZXG6TNo Labels from Virginia  answered…10mos10MO

I feel like everyone should have access to any medical attention they need and the rest can be settled after.

 @9SQ4NJHfrom Northern Mariana Islands  answered…11mos11MO

No, Obamacare will force families to migrate to other countries for available medication use in different countries.

 @9RC6WJRNo Labels from North Carolina  answered…12mos12MO

Yes, but it can only be financially sustainable by removing the numerous middle-men and capping individual costs far more effectively.

 @9K4X8LBDemocrat from Washington  answered…1yr1Y

I do agree that everyone should have access to healthcare but if the act does not make healthcare affordable to those who couldn't afford it in the first place and on top of that fining them for not having a healthcare plan it just seems unfair.

 @9JYCWY8 from Wisconsin  answered…1yr1Y

No, they are not addressing the root cause as to why healthcare is so expensive, they need to place price caps on healthcare.

 @9GYGC28Constitution  from Delaware  answered…2yrs2Y

I think healthcare should be free for all persons below the age of 18 and for parent it should be discounted

 @Freedom11Republican from New York  answered…3yrs3Y

No, The idea was good but it was done horribly. It should be heavily fixed or wholly replaced.
