Yes, all citizens born in the United States should be granted citizenship and immediately receive rights like any other citizen.

They law already says if you are born in America then you are a citizen but your parent can still be deported.
@9FLHLKRConstitution2yrs2Y
If they were born here they should be able to live here as a citizen as they should be given a chance at freedom.
@9FLGVLF2yrs2Y
if they were born here, it would be great if they were given an opportunity, somewhat like the dream act.

Show any legal from of tax payments or any school/educational purposes, any thing you can prove you have been a American citizen.

Children should only receive automatic citizenship at birth if both of their parents were legal citizens at the time the child was born. If both parents become citizens after the child was born, then the child will also become a citizen. If only one parent is a citizen, and the other is an illegal or refugee, then the child can still become a citizen, but they have to apply for it like any other immigrant. But if both parents are illegals, than any children they give birth to should definitely also be illegals, at least until both parents gain citizenship.

All citizens, born AND naturalized in the United States of America, are natural born citizens of the United States of America- 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America!

My best counter argument to the Yes, if they were born here position on immigration is, the majority of the time when babies of immigrants are born here, it is on purpose. The child becomes a natural born citizen and the parents will get to stay and receive their green card. I feel that if the parents are illegal, the child and the parents should be sent back home.

Families fight with death to get here to the United States of America to give their future generations a better future and life. If the child of an immigrant is born in the U.S, that child should be considered a citizen.
