This is what happens when we let activist judges reinterpret the law instead of sticking to clear, original intent. If there’s no explicit order, there should be no case—otherwise, the rule of law starts to fall apart and anyone can be targeted.
When courts start accepting 'implied' or 'unspoken' orders as legit, it opens the door for abuse and undermines accountability. This sets a dangerous precedent for civil liberties and minority protections—powerful institutions should be held to the highest standard, not the lowest.
If the government can punish you without actually giving an explicit order, due process is basically out the window. This is exactly why we need strong limits on state power—otherwise, anything can be interpreted as 'implied' and your rights disappear.
