Asian Passports Surge Ahead as US and UK Slide in Global Power Rankings

The 2025 Henley Passport Index reveals a major shift in global travel freedom, with Asian countries, especially Singapore, dominating the top spots.

Singapore retains its position as the world's most powerful passport, offering visa-free access to 193 destinations. Meanwhile, the US and UK continue their decline, dropping to 10th and 6th place respectively. India made the largest leap, climbing eight spots to 77th, now granting its citizens visa-free access to 59 countries.
