Krasner's "progressive" policies seem to do more for criminals than for actual law-abiding citizens. Maybe if people felt their vote really mattered, or if we actually had some competition beyond the usual two-party nonsense, we'd see a different result. Philly deserves better than this endless cycle of career politicians and empty promises.
