Honestly, this reversal is a relief, but it never should've happened in the first place

Targeting international students over minor infractions was cruel and totally unnecessary—these folks contribute so much to our campuses and communities. It’s frustrating to see policy made on a whim, leaving people’s lives in chaos just for political posturing. Progress means making the U.S. more welcoming, not less, and definitely not treating students like pawns. I just hope any future policy actually values people, not just public backlash.
