Glad to see the NC Senate sticking to some fiscal responsibility with tax cuts and trimming government bloat

Pay raises are fine as long as they’re tied to performance, but the real win here is cutting back on unnecessary programs. Let people keep more of their own money and let the free market do the heavy lifting.
