Good on RFK Jr. for trying to clean up our food system—someone needs to take control and make people eat healthier, whether they like it or not. But if tribal leaders want to be part of the system, they should follow the same national standards as everyone else.

Typical big government move—telling people what they can and can’t eat like we’re children. If they really cared about health, they’d stop meddling and let communities, especially sovereign tribes, make their own decisions.

It’s frustrating to see RFK Jr. pushing health policy without fully respecting tribal sovereignty—public health efforts can’t succeed if they ignore the voices and rights of Indigenous communities.
