Of course Republicans are calling it a “bold overhaul” while quietly gutting the governor’s more balanced plan

They love to slap a fresh coat of paint on public education while still underfunding it and giving tax breaks to their wealthy buddies. Also, what's up with sneaking in that Browns stadium amendment—typical backroom deal nonsense.
