The search will be conducted by Texas-based Ocean Infinity under a 'no-find, no-fee' contract, meaning they will only be paid if they locate the wreckage. The company will focus on a 15,000-square-kilometer area in the southern Indian Ocean, where experts believe the plane may have crashed. If successful, Ocean Infinity will receive $110.2 million for their efforts.
