Admissions and hiring should be based on merit, not race, and DEI programs have been used as an excuse for blatant bias. The government shouldn't be funding institutions that engage in racial favoritism, no matter who it's supposedly helping. Hopefully, this sets a precedent for getting politics out of education and focusing on individual achievement instead.
