Another election, another big-government politician promising to "fix" the economy, healthcare, and housing—problems that the government helped create in the first place. Instead of more regulations and spending, how about letting the free market do its job? Michigan needs less government interference, not another politician who thinks they can micromanage people's lives. If Gilchrist actually talked about cutting taxes, reducing bureaucracy, and protecting individual freedoms, maybe he’d be worth considering. But I won’t hold my breath.
