Instead of pushing for more regulations and mandates, we should focus on eliminating barriers like excessive licensing laws and burdensome taxes that hurt women (and everyone else) trying to start businesses or advance in their careers. True empowerment comes from personal freedom and voluntary cooperation, not top-down mandates.
