Additionally, the citizenship test should be given as a requirement for school graduation. This would ensure all birthright citizens are as civically educated as naturalized citizens, of which I strongly support dreamers becoming. However, the illegal immigrating parents of dreamers will have an opportunity to formally apply and earn citizenship — or face justified legal consequences (which might include deportation).
