It’s always sad to lose someone who genuinely cared about their constituents, especially in a system that too often prioritizes bureaucracy over real people. While I didn’t always agree with her stance on every issue, Rep. Gifford seemed like someone who fought for her district and stuck to her principles. We need more politicians who work for the people they represent, not just for big government. Rest in peace to someone who clearly made an impact.
