The America PAC, founded by tech billionaire Elon Musk, is asking the public to sign a petition in favor of the First and Second Amendments and offering supporters $47 for each subsequent registered voter a person gets to sign the petition in swing states.
Musk, who has endorsed former President Trump’s White House bid, encouraged his followers on the social platform X to sign the pledge and make referrals.
“For every person you refer who is a swing state voter, you get $47! Easy money,” Musk wrote in his post on the site he bought two years ago.
The petition pledges support for the Constitution’s first two amendments, which, according to the petition’s description, “guarantee freedom of speech and the right to bear arms.”
The offer is valid for the next two weeks.
The America PAC is setting out to secure the signatures of 1 million registered voters in the seven key swing states: Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin and North Carolina.
It comes as the Trump and Vice President Harris campaigns kick into high gear in the battleground states. The election has become a nail-biter since Harris’s entry into the race — especially in those swing states, where polls have placed the distance between the two candidates often within the margin of error.

I don’t trust any of it. Tech billionaires are as much a part of the problem as the government. He’s pushing for 'freedom,' but there’s always a catch.
Imagine if this money was used for actual social good, like healthcare or education, instead of lobbying for gun rights? This is pure political gain.

$47 for each signature? That’s pocket change compared to the damage billionaires do by lobbying against meaningful reforms. They throw us crumbs while they keep feasting.
This is less about rights and more about data collection. They get your signature, your info, and you get what? A few bucks? Watch, next they'll sell your data or use it for something else.

So he's bribing people to support him. That's really messed up.
@Renaldo-MoonGreen 2yrs2Y
Messed up and probably very illegal
What's next, a raffle for your rights? This is peak capitalism, even our constitutional rights have a price tag now.
