Former president Donald Trump vowed to conduct “large deportations” of migrants from the United States, starting in Springfield, Ohio, the target of false claims his ticket has pushed about Haitian immigrants eating pets.
Trump also sought to downplay his affiliation with Laura Loomer, the far-right activist who traveled with him this week. Trump is now heading to a rally in Las Vegas in the battleground state of Nevada.
Vice President Kamala Harris was back in Pennsylvania, another battleground state, held an evening rally in Wilkes-Barre.
