It's pretty telling when Speaker Johnson can't even get his own party on board with a funding package to prevent a government shutdown. This just goes to show how fractured the GOP has become, especially with Trump's lingering influence causing more chaos. It's high time for some real leadership that puts people's needs over party politics.
