As Kamala Harris pivots to the political center in her campaign for president, a 2019 questionnaire from a leading civil rights organization spotlights her past support for left-wing causes such as taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for detained immigrants and federal prisoners.
In an American Civil Liberties Union questionnaire then-Sen.
Harris filled out as a candidate for president in 2020 Harris was asked if, as president, she would use “executive authority to ensure that transgender and non-binary people who rely on the state for medical care – including those in prison and immigration detention – will have access to comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care.”
Harris replied, “Yes.”
“It is important that transgender individuals who rely on the state for care receive the treatment they need, which includes access to treatment associated with gender transition,” Harris wrote in a reply expanding on her answer.
“That’s why, as Attorney General, I pushed the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide gender transition surgery to state inmates,” she wrote.

Great use of my tax dollars!

Me last month: "Taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for migrants, what a funny joke."
This month: "Yeah, so this is actually happening."

"She was totally kidding four years ago. She has changed."
Kamala is truely the anti-Family candadate.
From her financial policies to this latest revelation of insanity, she would devastate the American family
I’m going to stop paying income taxes. My money is being misappropriated by a corrupt regime and I can’t afford the debt they’ve created anyway.
That's pure insanity.
Kamala’s not just out of touch, she’s actively flipping the middle finger to American taxpayers.
Time to wake up.
This is far beyond parody, it’s an outright attack on common sense.
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Can providing gender transition surgeries to those in prison or immigration detention be seen as a step towards equality, or does it raise concerns about the use of state funds?
@RIPCharlieRepublican5mos5MO
There nothing "equal" about forcing taxpayers (especially non-affirming taxpayers) to pay for the gender madness of criminals.
