Tik Tok is the main hunting grounds (other than the Dark Web) of that breed of mutt. YouTube used to be, until Google cleaned it up.

Social media, however well intended, panders to the baser instincts of some people. Regulation is not the answer. The solution must be derived from society's self-imposed guidelines. Right now, this country's guidelines are very weak. Their structure must be rebuilt from within the family, not dictated by religious celebrities or political roustabouts. The intrusion of corporate greed into the family structure must be severely limited by the parents and other family members. It is the parents who need the support of social organizations in their primary duty of protecting their children from danger be it physical, emotional, or mental.
