It's absolutely right to take every precaution for the safety of our military personnel; this is exactly why we need to maintain a strong and responsive defense.

Sounds like a lot of government resources are being poured into responding to these vague 'potential threats.' You have to wonder if this is the most efficient use of our money, or if it's just another example of how the security state justifies its own existence. Hopefully, they're transparent about what's going on, but I'm not holding my breath.
