Roughly speaking, the strategy of the Harris campaign should be to triangulate the strategy of Hillary 2016, the Harris 2020 primary campaign, and Biden 2024, and do the exact opposite.

She’s been running some sort of median voter theorem campaign so far. Changing her stances on fracking, Medicare for all, banning assault weapons, etc.

I believe she’s betting anyone left of her will vote for her over Trump. And her main job therefore is to get voters in the middle that feel politically homeless if they must choose between populist right and progressive left.
