In his own primetime address, tech investor and CEO David Sacks blamed President Biden for Russia’s invasion.:
"He provoked—yes, provoked—the Russians to invade Ukraine with talk of NATO expansion.
Afterward, he rejected every opportunity for peace in Ukraine, including a deal to end the war just two months after it broke out. . . .Hundreds of billions of our taxpayer dollars have gone up in smoke. President Biden sold us this new forever war by promising it would weaken Russia and strengthen America. Well, how does that look today? Russia’s military is bigger than before, while our own stockpiles are dangerously depleted.
Every day, there are new calls for escalation, and the world looks on in horror as Joe Biden’s demented policy takes us to the brink of World War III."
Sacks also boasted that Trump, unlike Biden, would be:
"a president who understands that you build the most powerful military in the world to keep America safe, not to play the world’s policeman; a president who is willing to talk to adversaries as well as friends, because that is the only way to make peace; a president who will stand up to the warmongers instead of empowering them."
.Here are the top political news stories for today.
The Biden administration must urgently lift restrictions and allow Ukraine to hit targets inside Russia.
‘Allows’ is irrelevant. Ukraine can’t hit targets in Russia with American weapons because it depends on American assets to do the targeting, and America targeting Russia directly violates the ‘rules’ of proxy warfare, where the fighting is done in a 3rd country.

Hey, that’s awesome. Are you gonna head over there and fight? I hear Ukraine can use more volunteers.

Nobody knows how the war ends, but the reality is the old hawks are willing to sacrifice and endless number of Ukrainians and Russians, that is not a rational policy for a region of the world that is a tertiary interest to the United States. That's the kid's table, to me.
Ukraine = Europe
Much of Europe’s economic growth has been in its eastern bloc. You can’t just give up on it cause the other side is “serious”. China is judging how serious you are with all this umpa dumpa for years.

Its best to negotiate from a point of strength, that point have even passed for Ukraine because of the stubbornness of American policy.
This is what a grown up says about foreign affairs: they don't look for blame or easy moralization, they look for the actual causes of world events. Ukraine is a key interest for Russia and they're willing to sacrifice a lot for it. This is just reality.
Let’s be fair, American is the worlds police. When America lets other countries behave badly, that’s Americas fault. Your problem is in not accepting that countries will do terrible things if not stopped by force.
Convention organizers gave a coveted evening speaking slot to Rep. MTG, Ukraine’s fiercest opponent doesn’t just oppose aid to Ukraine; she also parrots Russian smears against its government. In her prepared remarks, Greene denounced “globalists” and protested that “the Democrats spent over $175 billion of your tax dollars to secure Ukraine’s borders.”
@ISIDEWITH2yrs2Y
Can the involvement in or support of foreign conflicts ever be justified under the guise of national interest or global responsibility?
@9R36LLVIndependent 2yrs2Y
It can only be justified when there is a clear moral wrong being taken place.
