James Joseph Rowley was the Director of the Secret Service under Kennedy.

He never resigned, ran the agency till Nixon.

After the assassination they changed the training for all service members.

The James J. Rowley Training Center in Beltsville, Maryland is named after him.

We need to have oversight and accountability over every government position. No more pensions and guaranteed job security. The grift game has to end or America ends. It's as simple as that.
