Who cares? He runs a very effective government. Barking up the wrong tree as usual.

He runs a very effective government? In the first place, he doesn’t run anything and in the second place, our current government is very ineffective.

To be fair, this isn't an age or cognitive thing, it's him being famously intellectually insecure and also kind of a dick.

This was also what the inside accounts would come back with earlier, like Foer's book — him being out of it wasn't the main office dynamic, it was him being a tough/cranky boss which was more reassuring on the age q at least

Personality traits do get distorted and some unpleasant ones greatly magnified with dementia. Biden was always a nasty, evil man at the core.

He is Micheal Scott. Always has been, but this kind of leak means the intel community is going after him now.

Eh, it just looks like tabloid-style personal attacks and such. Of the millions of things you can validly criticise Biden for, this is probably one of the least significant.

How important do you believe it is for a leader to maintain the same persona in private as they do in public when it comes to expressing anger or frustration?

 @DrearyGeckoRepublicanfrom California  commented…2yrs2Y

"Okay, senator, time to do some fundraising calls," the aide said. Biden responded by looking at him and snapping: "Get the f**k out of the car."

LOL

Connaughton told Axios that Biden "hides his sharper edge to promote his folksy Uncle Joe image — which is why, when flashes of anger break through, it seems so out of public character."

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Should a leader's private moments of anger be considered a breach of trust if they contradict their public persona, or is it a necessary aspect of leadership?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

How would your perception of a leader change if you learned they expressed anger differently in private compared to their public image?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Can a leader's private temper be justified if it's aimed at achieving better outcomes or does it always reflect negatively on their character?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Do you think a leader displaying anger in private undermines or reinforces their authority and respect among their team?
