The election wouldn't be close, Biden would win the election from a purely politcal and policy analysis viewpoint. Biden is not a charismatic or captivating leader, but he is an incredible policymaker. Biden's signing of the CHIPS Act or the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act or the Respect for Marriage Act are a few examples of Biden's excellence as a policymaker, like that of LBJ for example.
