The absurdity of "international law" is once again highlighted by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court simultaneously accusing both Israel and Hamas of the crime of "extermination," and thinking that somehow adds anything constructive to the situation

Should the severity of a crime determine if an international court can charge leaders, no matter where they are from?

 @9MMBZPJ from North Carolina  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, the severity of the crime can tell us who and where their actions affected.

Arrest warrants were also issued against Yahya Sinouar, leader of Hamas, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri, Ismail Haniyeh, for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed on the territory of Israel and in the State of Palestine since at least October 7, 2023.”

Warrant doesn't matter for Benjamin Netanyahu as Israel and the United States are not members of the ICC. However, the ICC claims to have jurisdiction over Gaza, East Jerusalem and the West Bank after Palestinian leaders formally agreed to be bound by the court’s founding principles in 2015.

Why won't Democrats allow the United States to put the United Nations and the ICC where they belong? In a dumpster alongside the League of Nations? Been saying this for 23 years.

Do you believe it’s fair for international bodies to intervene in a country’s affairs, especially regarding accusations against its leaders?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

If someone you strongly supported was accused of crimes against humanity, would your opinion of them change?
