Gag orders are constitutional, particularly the one Merchant instituted, because he closely modeled it after the one modified but upheld in the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

I think anyone should be able to campaign. It is dangerous if you start restricting people based on legal challenges.

I do not feel presidential candidates should be allowed to campaign while under indictment for felonies.
