What would make you join a protest that could potentially lead to arrest, especially in a high-stakes location like a major bridge or highway?

 @9LKKCSZ from California  commented…2yrs2Y

 @9LKKZLG from Hawaii  commented…2yrs2Y

If the rights of the people are not given justice, and rather dismissed by the government, joining a protest is reasonable. Even though it is high stakes, the rights of individuals should be said.

 @9LKKQDB from New Hampshire  commented…2yrs2Y

ensuring the rights of woman, LGBQT+, education and the guarantee of safety for citizens, speaking out against police brutality and the governments poor decisions.

What factors should determine whether a cause justifies disrupting public services or daily life for attention?

 @9LKLMVH from Georgia  commented…2yrs2Y

In my perspective, I think it is important to convey others everything that's happening surrounding them.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

How do you feel about using major public infrastructures like bridges and highways as platforms for protests?

 @9LKK4B2Independent from Kansas  commented…2yrs2Y

many people should be aloud to protest but taking up he major roads and highways is not safe nor is it justfielbe because people are stoping you from doing what you chosse they can use the words to show there actions

 @HonorableD3baterRepublican from Kansas  commented…2yrs2Y

I've said it many times before. Your rights stop when they impact my rights to go about my day and not be restricted from free travel. This is a civil rights violation, since I'm being illegally detained. It should be treated as such!

 @AlertInt3grityConstitution from Oklahoma  agreed…2yrs2Y

Don't you have to have a permit to protest? And I believe during the permit process you have to have a location and or route if it's a March. If they are outside of the permit process and or outside of the permitted location or route then they are subject to arrest

 @S0cialistTonySocialistfrom South Carolina  commented…2yrs2Y

Protests are meant to be disruptive. We did not get to where we are now by asking nicely.

 @DelightfulTheRightDemocrat from Virginia  disagreed…2yrs2Y

There is no such thing as Palestine

AND

they shouldn’t have invaded murdered butchered Israelites…

 @Minarchist-08Libertarian from Washington  disagreed…2yrs2Y

Neither did we get where we are now by blocking bridges, chanting "Death to America"

 @DrearyEqu4lityConstitution from Texas  commented…2yrs2Y

It's confusing to me why these same people never advocate for citizens in the United States? Wonder why that is?

 @CreativePorcupineGreen from Indiana  disagreed…2yrs2Y

If the U.S. cared about its citizens, it would be investing our tax dollars in infrastructure and people. Not funding foreign genocides.

 @Minarchist-08Libertarian from Washington  commented…2yrs2Y

 @R3f0rmPoultryDemocrat from Illinois  disagreed…2yrs2Y

Right?! If only there were some such infrastructure bill for us small or rural towns that have been ignored for years. Hi speed internet, what a novel idea.

 @V0t1ngCrowRepublican from Louisiana  commented…2yrs2Y

In the past week we have seen pro-Palestine "protesters" chanting "death to America," threatening to murder public officials, and now blocking traffic in cities around the country. These people are anti-American scumbags and anyone who is truly America First should treat them with the contempt they deserve.

 @ExecutiveOilLibertarianfrom New York  commented…2yrs2Y

Say you support American interests over Israeli interests and that zionists should be deported.

Or else you can't call yourself America First.

 @Diplom4cyAutumnDemocratfrom Virginia  disagreed…2yrs2Y

That's tarded, it's like saying that caring about britain, poland, makes you unamerican.

The founding fathers cared about international allies.

 @ExecutiveOilLibertarianfrom New York  disagreed…2yrs2Y

They control our speech in the name of antisemitism. You can hate America but not Israel

 @Minarchist-08Libertarian from Washington  commented…2yrs2Y

Or Ukraine. And you sure as heck better not express the faintest sympathy with Russia, or openness to their perspective.

 @Minarchist-08Libertarian from Washington  disagreed…2yrs2Y

As a "Libertarian" you should know better than to deport people you disagree with...

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Do protests that significantly disrupt daily life make you more or less likely to support the cause, and why?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

If you were delayed for hours due to a protest like this, would your sympathy for the cause increase or decrease, and why?

 @DeficitCodyLibertarianfrom California  commented…2yrs2Y

Congratulations u have done nothing for the Middle East and now inconvenienced thousands of people on the first work day of the week. Great job!!!

 @Minarchist-08Libertarian from Washington  commented…2yrs2Y

These intellectual lightweights obviously have around the collective IQ of a toothpick and are only doing this because their college professors crammed this ideology into their thick skulls.

 @Minarchist-08Libertarian from Washington  commented…2yrs2Y

That should convince a lot of people to their side – stopping them from living their lives, I mean. Maybe all those thousands of cars you forced to stop will watch you chant "Death to Israel, Death to America" with an open heart, and respect all the trouble you went to destroying their lives for the sake of some country seven thousand miles away.

 @JudicialSausagePatriot from Virginia  commented…2yrs2Y

Everyone is saying this does nothing to sway opinion. That's not the point. This garners massive attention because the authorities that are paid by taxpayers to maintain basic order are weak and allow this. In turn, the many protests multiply and remain in the news. The drive-by voter then thinks, hmm, this is in the news and I saw a banner. I should support it.
