Prison time?

1) At best it would be petty theft of something with a monetary value of about $5.

2) It wasn't stolen. Ashley Biden abandoned it. You can't charge someone for theft of an item they found after it was left behind

3) DOJ just confirmed it is real

the twisted logic you guys have to do to justify theft of other people's property.

Spaceballs The X Account@Grunt0313·5hI notice you glanced right over the part about how we just confirmed that the diary is real

The diary where Ashley says her father, Joe Biden, sexually abused her.

That should now be considered a fact in evidence because "believe all women".

Any comment there?

Project Veritas themselves said they couldn't confirm the authenticity of the diary, which is hilarious.

Any comment there?

Right. The Department of Justice just confirmed its authenticity today. (It can't be stolen from Ashley if it wasn't Ashley's)

So let's circle back to Ashley Biden accusing Joe Biden of sexual assault.

You didn't comment on that.

I do so fervently apologise, enlightened liberal, for my reactionary belief that people who steal a notebook shouldn't be locked in cages for extended periods of time. Do forgive my right wing zealotry.

I don’t know much but I know this: They didn’t go after the diary lady for lying.

Which means the things in the diary are real.

Which means Joe Biden has a kiddie touching problem. And he’s had it for a very long time.

The best thing Biden could have done is ignore it, when it’s nothing and you ignore it it goes away. But he didn’t, so now the world will know

What does the attempt to delay sentencing say about an individual's respect for the judicial process, and should it influence their punishment?

How do you think the theft and attempted sale of a public figure's private diary affects their personal life and mental health?

Should the legal system treat the theft of personal items that contain sensitive information more seriously than other types of theft?

Is a prison sentence an appropriate consequence for stealing and attempting to sell someone's personal diary and information, why or why not?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

How do you feel about the idea of someone's personal diary and private information being stolen and possibly shared with the public?

"The American Civil Liberties Union and the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press have both expressed skepticism about the propriety of the investigation into Project Veritas, and in particular the raid of O’Keefe’s home, warning of its press freedom implications. Press freedom advocates who differ with Project Veritas politically, and who are queasy about the deceptive tactics the group infamously deploys, have also voiced opposition to the raid.

“This is just beyond belief,” University of Minnesota law professor Jane Kirtley, a former executive director of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, told Politico. “I’m not a big fan of Project Veritas, but this is just over the top. I hope they get a serious reprimand from the court because I think this is just wrong.”"

That's weird...so many people still claim the diary being Ashley's is fake news...but the DOJ is demanding prison time?

Make that make sense.
